How long does it take to receive a proof?

Once we have discussed the details of your project, we will get right to work on creating a proof for your approval. Depending on the level of details, this can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. For the smoothest process, we always recommend reaching out to us from 4-8 months in advance. We can do a rush order, but additional fees will apply.

What happens after I’ve approved the proof?

For print projects, we will not print anything until we have received your approval. Once you give us the go ahead, we will send your project to print. This process can take up to 2-3 weeks. For invitations designed by hand in calligraphy, this process can take up to 3- 4 weeks, but is often completed sooner. The balance is due in full before we head to print or for hand written invitations, before we begin writing out your final invitations.

What if I don’t like the design?

Each design package includes 3 rounds of editing and proofs, during this time you can make as many changes necessary. After 3 proofs have been created for you, any additional editing or proofs will be charged at $20/proof.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. In order to begin your work we require a 50% deposit. The deposit will be applied to your final balance, but should you cancel before we send anything to print there will be a $50 cancellation fee. For invitations designed by hand in calligraphy, deposit remains the same.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You may cancel at any time up until we send your project to print and we will charge a $50 cancellation fee. After your project has been sent to print or handwritten, please contact us asap to discuss what charges have be incurred up to that point. Understandably once your project has been printed we cannot offer a refund.
